Thanks so much Michelle and Scott for looking after our beautiful boy Jack for us. You both made such a difficult time easier for us. From the time I spoke to Scott from the vet on Friday, Jack was picked up and cared for till he came home on Wednesday. Michelle was very prompt in communicating with me to discuss our preferences . They are both so compassionate and understanding of the deep sense of loss we feel, but the beautiful urn and keepsake box is very comforting. We are so pleased to have been recommended to you both. My wife and I can't thank Scott and Michell enough for all they did for our cat Ginger. It was fortunate that we could find them for our goodby to Ginger. We are sure that Ginger also felt happy with their respectful care. They not only delivered a perfect service but also showed deep sympathy in a professional way. We highly recommend them.

I’d like to thank Michelle and Scott for there compassion , and their fantastic service . They made the whole agonising process so much easier with their care and professionalism. To lose your beloved pet is horrific but these two beautiful people treat your pet with respect and you know from the first point of contact that this business excels in compassion and is one you can trust.
